'Croyde' is distinguished by its long, slender purple panicles, complemented by narrow grey to olive green leaves which resemble those of var. nanhoensis. [1] [2][1]
'Croyde' is rare in cultivation, and is not known to have been introduced to North America or continental Europe. [1]
'Croyde' may no longer be in commerce in the UK. It was last listed in the 2010 edition of the RHS Plantfinder [2].
